Why Choose Taliesen?

Taliesen takes his time to learn and address every concern of his clients. His approach for every client adapts to address that client’s unique circumstances and situation. He ensures that every client feels important by quickly responding to and updating them on a regular basis.

Taliesen has experience working on business formations, estate planning, representing landlords, probating large estates, and the sale and purchase of real estate. Taliesen started appearing in court when he participated in a clinic that represented Native Americans on the Menominee Reservation in Wisconsin. He appeared in court for motion, pretrial, and sentencing hearings. At the conclusion of the clinic in May 2015, Taliesen interned at Thomson Reuters. While there he learned how to efficiently research legal matters along with assisting in the design of legal research platforms. After graduation from Mitchell Hamline, Taliesen moved to Wisconsin for a year where he was employed as an associate attorney at a respected Kenosha firm. While there, he worked on divorces, small claims, landlord tenant disputes, and the selling and buying of real estate.

Taliesen moved back to Minnesota in September 2017 and received his Minnesota law license at the end of October 2017. Shortly thereafter, he was hired as an independent attorney contractor at Pipestone Holdings, LLC. He was hired to sort through LLC, LLP, and corporations’ governance documents and to identify missing documents. Taliesen was then hired at Birkholz & Associates, LLC in February 2018. In his time with the firm he has worked on business, criminal, family, and probate matters. Taliesen's broad background in law serves his clients well with all their legal needs.
