Ben Enger is our latest addition to the Birkholz & Associates, LLC. team. He specializes in family law and plans to expand into criminal law by the end of the year. Ben received a BA in Political Science from the University of Minnesota (Twin Cities) in 2017 and then attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law where he received a JD in 2020. During law school he clerked for Scheller Legal Solutions, LLC., where he worked on elderly abuse and neglect cases for plaintiffs, and he was part of the Health Law Society at his law school. After graduating law school, Ben clerked for the Honorable Jason T. Hutchison at the Hennepin County Family Justice Center. Simultaneously, Ben tutored law students for the bar exam at Mitchell Hamline. Ben is a passionate, hardworking, and empathetic individual that is here to help our clients resolve issues during the hardest of times.
